Company-specific language courses at Gegenbauer

The Gegenbauer Group is one of the leading providers of facility management in Germany. With around 20,000 qualified employees from over 100 nations, language skills play an important role in ensuring smooth communication with customers and colleagues. Gegenbauer has therefore developed an innovative language learning solution with company-specific content in cooperation with the Berlin-based e-learning provider LinguaTV.

In this webinar video, Heike Streubel and Philip Gienandt report on the development and implementation of this project and highlight the most important success factors.


About the speakers:

Heike Streubel was a co-initiator of the new language training in her position as Integration Officer for the Gegenbauer Group. She played a key role in project development and communication between learners, e-learning editors and the responsible managing directors of the company.

Philip Gienandt is Managing Director of LinguaTV GmbH, a leading provider of digital language courses and blended learning concepts. He uses his more than 20 years of international professional experience in the fields of adult education and digitalization to support corporate clients and educational institutions in the analysis of training needs and the implementation of effective training solutions. As a member of the advisory board of an international think tank, he develops models and scenarios for the future of society and the economy.
